Here are some goals I want to hit in the month of August. I haven’t defined my overall goal for running, but I have a few short term goals.
Goals
- Run 60 total miles
- Break my PR per mile – Currently at 8:49 set in 2013.
- Get ready for a 5k race in September
That’s it for now. 3 simple goals that will keep me moving and motivated.
